Driving

From Sapporo city center

Approximately 40 minutes drive via Sasson Express Way. Turn off at Asari Exit.

From Shin-Chitose (Sapporo) Airport

Approximately 60 minutes drive via Dou-ou and Sasson Express Ways. Turn off at Asari Exit.

Trains

From Sapporo to Otaru

JR 'Rapid' trains run around every 20minutes during daytime. It takes about 30minutes from Sapporo to Otaru. Other local trains take slightly longer time. You can also get off at Otaru Chikko station which is the second forward stop from Sapporo.

From Shin-Chitose (Sapporo) Airport

JR 'Rapid' trains (Airport Liner) run directly to Otaru around half hourly during daytime. Otherwise transfer at Sapporo.

Buses

From Otaru or Otaru Chikko stations

Take the city bus to Asarigawa-Onsen. It takes about 30 minutes from Otaru station. Or take our Free Shuttle Bus.

Due to have no significant bus stop, please wait in the parking place (the red sign in the map) 5 minutes before the departure time.

Followings are the pictures of the shuttle buses. (Normally, we use the micro bus to do the pick-up serve. But due to the scheduling of the bus, sometimes, other buses are used to pick up guests.)
